-Note that it is the mis-reading of the wording of this deed that has led many
 researchers to believe that his spouse was named Junana Drada Sargent
-Original administrator of the Estate of his brother Isaac Newton Waggoner;
 replaced as administrator by Elijah Boone following lawsuit brought
 against him by his niece Telelitha Waggoner after she married John Mosier
 in 1824
